We also have more than 100 different plant species and 250 to 300 exotic orchids, which flower at different times throughout the season. The butterfly house is also the home for many different birds including Finches, Doves and Quails.

The butterfly house is fully sheltered and heated to suit the needs of its inhabitants our tropical butterflies and exotic plants. Therefor it is ideal for every day, rain or shine.

The Gardener

Roger has always been a keen gardener. He did his appreticeship in an orchid nursery and always loved these beautiful flowers. You can't separate plants from insects so it came naturally. He is an extremely creative person who definitely has the "green thumb". This shows in the unique combination of exotic flowers with incredibly amazing butterflies. Customers tell us they would come and see the gardens even without butterflies!
